Three Indian-Americans convicted in multi-million dollar money-laundering scheme

Three Indian-Americans are among six people convicted for their role in a two-year multi-million dollar money-laundering scheme. All the three were convicted of a money laundering conspiracy following a five-week jury trial. The US currency was moved by couriers via cars, commercial buses, commercial planes and also a private plane. Kamala Harris, Tulsi Gabbard to campaign in early-voting states in Feb

Kamala Harris, the first Indian-origin Senator and Tulsi Gabbard, the first Hindu lawmaker in the US Congress, the two 2020 Democratic presidential candidates, on Tuesday announced tour of four States which will hold the Democratic primaries early next year.
